Is the plant on the left dying I don't understand why there's a big difference they both in exactly the same conditions but its not growing big or expanding at all the leaves are starting to clawed

This is the root zone for the left plant
It did get root rot but I got a cooler and beneficial bacteria to sort it out

They in rdwc so sharing the nutrients
 
seems to me your water level is way to high. with roots like that, a 3 inch air gap would be better.

So I have the fix for you. Get some soil and save yourself the headache lol.
