ya because pH is the most important thing when feeding them. if not they dont get the full use of foods and is a total waste of money and lacks potency.
using staright water needs ph also.
need to know what medium your in before y6ou know what pH levels to use.

soiless: 5.8 to 6.3
soil: 6.2 to 6.5
plants can only be open to a wide pH window if all the ellements have been chelated.....and nobody does them all. to expensive
