Is my Grow Area Design Good??

I have 2 100W CFLs in the top of this container!
I have 1 intake fan and 1 exhaust fan.
I have 2 plants sitting at the bottom!
Tell me what you guys think!

Try turning both of the CFLs to face downwards. You dont seem to have a relfector.
