yeah i'll back that up. likely not for all provinces, but atleast here in BC; we were better off 20 years a go too. easily.
the med system blowing up, kinda screwed us a bit.
as for Emery, while i'm not a fan, and i see some stuff he does as negative.. i think it's ridiculous when one pot smoker looks at another and says they're bad for us.
i think people with phony medical cards are doing a much worse disservice to the movement.. participating and accepting a fraudulent system just to cover your arse.. it think that's must worse than looking like a dumb stoner sometimes.
