Is it too late to transplant out side for a pound?

My plants been in vegg for 24/7 for 2 months and a week the days in 5 gal pots and the days are getting shorter here in socal. They are indicas fimed short but really bushy.im planning on vegging for 2 weeks more. And when i transplant outside it will be late augest. Will this plant earn me a pound by late october??

that all depends on the strain if its capible of yielding that.
