Is it too late for my plants?

Hey so i live in a pretty cold country, So naturaly im growing indoors. Cause im a newb and at the start wanted to grow just to see what its like (as in i wasnt expecting to get results or anything) i just kinda did the bare minimum, i bought them soil to be in, watered them with boiled water, and put them into bigger puts as they grew. also i just kinda kept them on my by my window above the heater,

However after i a while (about a week mybe a little more) i noticed that had grown about 4inches in height, but only had some very very small leaves at the very top.i looked it up, and of course they werent getting enough light. (im in a very dark cloudy country). so literally like an hour ago i made a box with a 10watt growing bar in it wich i put the two plants into and placed them face first to wards the heater for warmth.

So basically what im asking is, is it to late for them? is there any way to get them to still grow properly? at the start i dident really care too much but i kinda got really attached to them haha. One is just a female and the other is an auto female. I should probs also mention that they are very pale and that im worried theyll just kinda fall over at some point because they are so tall and very very thin.

Rarely is it too late, often it is better and faster to harvest by just starting over.
Your time and money may be better spent by planting new beans.

If your not wanting to invest any more money then it will most likely just become a growing expierience, yield will not be their nor will vigorous growth, Now if your willing to invest then i would look into at the very least a 150w CFL, or maybe some T5HO's, or a Vipraspectra LED, all three are relatively cheap, Light is Key, and with light their will be heat, The CFL and T5HO's you can find at any Hardware store although online is usualy cheaper,

you don't have sufficient light. you need to go get some cfls at least. t5 florescent would be better. try to get the ones that say "HO", those are high output and produce a lot more light than regular ones.

these are my plants a few hours before i put them in the light box, I would really want to try to save them i dont really care how long it takes,i kinda grown attached to them and i wanna see if i can keep them alive

you can add some more soil to the pot so they will start to shoot roots from the main stalk, also their brand new so it is definetly not too late, More Light for sure, that 10watt bar is not going to do it maybe for some mushrooms but not a plant,

Yes they are worthy of more TLC.

As stated above more light and more soil. Add some perlite to the soil too.

the soil you have them in looks way too heavy, get a small bag of perlite and add some to those before you get root problems.
let them dry out pretty good, and they should come out of those pots easy. just gently shake off what you can, and refill the pots with new mix with at least 25% perlite added. and while you're at it, bury them deeper, to support those long stems. the part you bury will start to grow roots, as long as you don't drown it.

When you do replant sink them up to 1 inch of the bottom leaves.
