Is it too early to veg and top??

I am on day Day 21:
Light Cycle: 18/6
Temp: 27.5°C
PPM: 261
Water Temp: 24.5°C
Ph: 5.5

Notes:
- Pic 1 Tangerine Dream - Sativa (small one) size (3") - Very few roots visible. - the 4th set of plans is barely showing.
- Pic 2 Tangerine Dream - Sativa (Tall one) size (4") - Good root system - Tomorrow I will top this plant, the 5th set of leaves is almost 1/4 inch.
- Pic 3 Gigabud - Indica - Good root system size (2.5") - Maybe in 2 or 3 days I will top this plant also the 5th set of leaves is showing.

- I am building a nice frame because i want to try Scrog, mainly because i have very limited space to grow.

- Tomorrow I what to change to vegetative cycle, fist ppm somewhere between 300-400 = 1/4 of strength.

Is it too early???? (remember i have little space), i have read that you should wait about a month, Im on day 21.

I'd wait until there was 4 true nodes.

For example this how many true nodes has?

That has 2 sets of true nodes. From the bottom up it goes, Stem, Cotyledons, Node(First one I don't count) Then true nodes. So you almost have 2. I wait for 4 to top.

Veg is just the state of growth it's in. Meaning it's getting more than 12 hours of light a day, Flower is when it has 12 or less. Hope that's understandable.

So, according to "Uncle Ben's Topping Technique" and you, I should cut just above the 2th node (but wait until it has 4 true nodes). Right?
-But to be honest Im afraid that the plant is going to be too lage (it is a little streachy).

About my question of vegetative cycle, right now the are in that cycle 18/6 but I was talking about the nutrientes if they are ready to handel ppm of 300-400.

Correct! I wait til four for personal preference.

Oh and about ppm, I'd wait another week or so to bump it up.
