Is it too early to start flowering?

I got a few more seedlings into the tower, and they seem to be doing fine. I'm worried about the original plant though, it doesn't seem to be doing very well at all. Any ideas on what went wrong?

By the way, ignore the two growing side by side. One has been transplanted into another container.
