Is it to soon to clone? WITH PICS!!!

I have a 3-4 week old og kush clone do you think it is possible take a little clone. I've been using fox farm grow for 2 weeks now big it has 2 leafs that are nute burned

I have 45 rockwool cubes and a bottle of dip and grow

yes i do live in cali bought this clone for $20 at a club

would buy another but moneys low

so probably another 1-2 weeks would be a better time to clone
