I live by SFO and don't really know what I'm doing when I brought a clone home. I know it needs to tuffin up B4 going out side.

But is it time yet......?

It's probably too early for clones right now. Clones can start to preflower on you if the daylight is under 14/15 hours. You're probably looking more towards the end of May.

Get the plants on a light cycle that matches the sunrise/sunset for the first week of June.

Or, you can plant outdoors now but use a supplemental light at night to keep them from flowering.

San Fran area you’ll be fine last week of may without any hardcore adjustments. I’m in the high desert. And I have my outdoor growing away. But those were sprouted outside too. Usually makes a difference. Last year I went about 3 weeks to early and boom. Flower to re veg. Pain in my ass. The clones I have hardening up outside. I place back in the cab around sundown. Then around 8-9pm. I put them back out side to adjust to outside dark periods. Because that’s not dark at all lol. I usually do that for about 2-3 weeks and then transplant. But like I said. Last year I went to early. So be careful.
