Is it time yet to harvest?

please don't take this wrong .. but you need to get a real bulb.. at the min 400W. Iam not sure you'll get enough there to roll a joint.

am still not yet in any condition to get more lights, but some seeds popped out, if anyone want some, I can send via snail mail, i.e if you live in a country where this is legal.

As for the plant itself it started looking neat, I'll add some food to it. I'll try to add some more bulbs.
