Is it time to flush my first grow??

Getting to this point has been an educational and very humbling experience. But somehow this magic weed named Nikki has beaten the odds and my ignorance to fruit some tidy buds.

I'm about 7 weeks into flowering - it's Indica, Northern Lights. I'm thinking about starting to flush with tap water & molasses for a week and a half then harvest and start curing. Think she's ready?

Leaves are very dark green eh? Had some bad nute burn right before flowering too (patients is another lesson learned!). Not to mention the original soil she is in was is like wood chips than soil and she spent half of her life in a ~1/2 gallon pot. Oye!

some say don't flush. but that is just what i have heard. im smoking unfluswhed buds right now, and honestly i see no difference. bit to each there own. i havent been growing long enough to challenge the no flush thing, just about to try it out on a couple of plants. i have a thread, about flushing and not flushing. i believe some posted some info about th eno flushing thing on it somewhere. let me see if i can...

somewhere in there is some info on not flushing. i suppose it is just a personal method, but think about it. every notice anything when you prematurely take a nug off to test? i have and i have noticed anything. no fizzling, popping, the ash is grey not black which means it burns fully and cleanly. so its def open for debate. and if you have the means, test it out, cut 1 branch off, or two. then flush your plant, notice its the same? im doing more tests. i will post results in future journals.

Hey oHsiN666,
Thanks for referring that thread, it was a good read. I had not read about a total dark period before harvest; seems to make sense.
The seed is from "Pyramid seeds". It was small and shriveled when I got it so was glad to see it turn out. ;)
