Is it time to cure ?

Hi guys , this has thrown a whole new wrench into the mix for me .So when I moisture check a cured dispensary bud with the meter it reads 15.8 % .
My bud which is hanging at the moment reads 15.8% . When i jar it , the batch reads 60% rh . Does this mean it's done drying? Or should I wait for the moisture reader to read 12% like what everyone says ?

If your humidity device says 60 it might be time to consider. What about snapping the stems. Are the buds dry and crispy.
What’s this ‘meter’ you are talking, you stick it into the bud and it is says 15? That 15 is different than a 60%. The units are different

So the stems still seem slightly bendy . They don't snap which seems it needs more time . Meter has 2 sharp prongs on top which go into the bud and give a moisture reading

use the scientific method. You have to use the same method for each. Put the dispensary stuff in a jar with a meter and see what it says.

if your stuff stays at 60rh in a jar then that’s a good place to leave it I believe is it not what they all say?
