600 MH???? on one little plant.. just get a T5 and SAVE $$$$$$$ on electricity.
Is it small for its age?

I would put a "100w" CFL right over it and save the money.
As everyone else has pointed out, chill on the watering for a bit.
I don't think it is too early for nutes, though. I held off longer than I should have, my medium sized plant looked like yours when I put nutes in the resevoir and all my plants exploded! You should also use FF Big Bloom with grow big, but I would use about half to quarter recommended mixture until you see how the plant does with them.
Also put a small fan on that for some stem strength and top that thing. Don't be afraid, a few leaves might start to die, but the plant just keeps on growing.

Thanks to everyone who took the time out to help a noob,+rep to all of you,I haven't watered her in 3 days and I see an improvement already and I will post pics as soon as the light comes back on and also I did start it with 4 26w CFL's (because I couldn't find a 100w to save my life )I just put it under the MH because I put my order in with THE DOC(based on all the positive feedback I have read here)and I set up my homemade growbox I made out of a dresser and since the seeds SHOULD be here soon I just went ahead and threw her up in there too.
