Is it safe to say this is a male?

This is a 50 day old plant (from seed) that is on it's 11th node but these are the only indications of sex that I can find. There is no evidence of any pistils protruding from these balls and they start to appear from the sixth node on up. Sorry for the shitty pics. This is the best I can do with my loupe and my phone. I can try to upload others if you think it will help. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks.

Yes it looks like a male but I'd give it time to confirm for sure sometimes they look weird and still turn out female.

These nodes already have branches extending out. Will new branches keep coming? That is not my understanding of the plant but I am still a noob.
they can. i have my plants doing just that. has nodes formed already but still has newer nodes forming ontop of that. it's not a bunch of them doing this just some. plants will do all types of shit same plants have 3 sets of leaves per node as well so it's bushier then it would naturally be

they do look like males imo but as stated let them grow out more and then you can tell for sure. some people assume they are males but end up being females.
