Is it really worth getting your ass up an hour before sunlight to harvest?

Is it?:wall: I heard something about THC levels peaking an hour before sunlight.. How does that work? So if you harvest in the afternoon you will have lower THC levels? WTF?:-o

the light breaks down thc throughout the day and at night it gets replenished so right before the light starts coming up it will have had all night to restore it and no light to break it down at all.....i believe thats the reasoning behind it.

Ive heardcfor indoor growing you can leave the lights off for 24-48 hours before harvest. For the same reason?

I've done the extended darkness thing but I didin't notice it being any more beneficial than simply harvesting an hour before sunrise, which is 8pm for my girls.

Keep in mind,
depending on humidity levels, outdoor plants could be covered in DEW just before sunrise. Which definately wouldn't make it an ideal time to harvest.
Any THC gain could be overshadowed by mold.

Which could easily be averted with good airflow during the drying period.

Don't you go running with those things now. Can't really tell you when to harvest. I suggest you do both at some point. Flip a coin perhaps.
