when it comes down to it, ur going to smoke it or someone is going to smoke it, you don't want the taste, or the chemicals in your weed, so it's better to go all organic

Stillhigh..... Organic grown buds taste at least ten times better than chem grown buds. Your choice to go Organic is a good one. You'll know it for sure, when you smoke your first Organically grown buds.
.
Growing Organically is not hard, it can be cheaper, and it's allot more relaxing. Making teas and tending your ladies can be Zen, quite time - to think and reflex on life. You miss out on that, when you just pour it out of the bottle & go.
.
Most all of us OG's (Organic Growers) don't use fertilizer the last couple of weeks. We just let Mary coast to the finish line. That way she is able to fully develop all her special traits.
.
I have some Skunk #1 that has the most intense Orange / Citrus flavor, if she is allowed to flower one additional week. Cut too early, you only catch a slight hint of it. Time & patience pay off.
.
Hope this helps....

Stillhigh.... There are several brands of Organic Ferts I recommend to ease into the Organic Growing Thing. Bontanicare Pure Pro Series, Earth Juice and BMO (Blue Mountain Organics). The first two are carried by most online hydro stores, the last is available on Ebay (search Organic Fertilizer). BMO also makes Super Plant Tonic, which I don't grow without. It's a root inoculant. It provides trace minerals and good bacteria/fungi to your roots. I have a thread called Uses of SPT, give it a read.

For soil, you can mix your own and save big bucks. Or buy a name brand, like Black Gold, Foxfarm or Pro-Mix. With all of those, I'd cut them with about 20 percent plain sphagum peat moss, 10 percent pertilite and 10 percent worm castings. The better ones like Ocean Forest & Happy Frog are a bit hot, so you definately want to cut them down, using the amendments I just spoke of.
.
Ok, well there is some info., there is plenty more in this forum and lots of helpful people. So, welcome to Organic Growing.......
