Man there is a lot of horrible advice on here lately...

There is not ONE picture above that shows any signs of hermie whatsoever. Your plant looks severely under developed, what you are looking at is the calyx's....they are so pronounced because the buds are so freakin tiny and haven't filled out at all.

Get more lights for flowering next time, the 12 watts of CFL you're using clearly ain't cutting it

Absolutely wrong.

If the mother plants genes had the trait more pronounced stressing that further your going to get more herm than anything. As far as those being calxe you may be right but the majority have not a single hair and the ones that do are shaped differently from what i see. I could be wrong as im sure others have more experience but it looks like seedpods but as I said I could be wrong.
