Do you have a magnifying glass that you can put in front of your phone camera and then zoom in on the trichomes so you get something like this

It's in the dark till morning but I will take a pic with magnification and post tomorrow. Most of the trichombs are milky white but im hesitant and need conformation. Thank you

It does not look it yet. I still see a few white pistils. Trichomes look glassy in the pictures, can be tough to see though in the photos without a microscope or loop picture.

I know, I know, my light sucks. But its what I have . My tent is a 4×8 ft one and if you could let me know what I should do as far as a good light goes I would appreciate it. I dont have alot of experience in this and I know I need a better light but I don't know much about how much light and distance it should be from plant. I'm winging it when it comes to the nutrients and such. I know a little about what deficiencies look like and why they happen. I just need to be steared into the right direction. I pulled up a plant about 3 weeks ago and only got a good quarter Oz out of it. I want big fat buds that I can be proud of. I have a green thumb and I want to use it. Lol
I also have this one that I want to put in tent when I harvest the other one. So info on lights would be cool so I can get on it. Thank you

Still a big fan of 600w metal halide and hps! They work great and are pretty inexpensive on Amazon.
I should have ran one of those over the winter time. Wouldn’t have needed the heater lol. I’ll get one before winter this year for sure. Interested to see the difference versus LED.

Hello, I am new here and my first post. I have been struggling with figuring out a good way to grow also. After countless hours watching youtube videos on the subject I have finally found a system that works good for me. Soil: I use 2/3 fox farm to 1/3 perlite with a cup per gallon of worm castings. Nutrients: Something simple, I just use Sensibloom A & B during flower, a little cal mag once in a while and a worm tea feed a couple of times a grow. ph around 6.4 and ppm starting at 200 and building up to 1000 over a month. I would pay way more attention to nute burn (over feeding) and ph problems than I would deficiencies, they are way more common I believe. Your tent is huge for a newbie. I have a Grow Light Science 300 LED from HLG for my 2x4 tent. It pulls 300 watts and cost $400 and would take 4 of these to light your entire grow space. I also have a HLG 260 watt light for my 3x3 tent. Both are very good lights if you want LED. You might want to research par level readings for the light you choose and don't get them too close to the canopy. ; I paid dearly for months before I figured this out. Never harvest early. As a friend of mine told me, "wait til you think they are done and then give them 2 more weeks". Good luck.
