Is it ready or should I wait?

Sorry to ask. I feel like I am waiting for a bus and scared I missed it.

This poor plant has been through the wringer and it is losing all it's leaves because it ended up with pests. I stuck it outside last week to finish up out there because I figure it might still have spider mites.

I am reading that waiting too long with sativa will make it quite sedating and I really prefer if it was more energizing than sedating.

Do I harvest a few buds and leave some longer?

Appreciate any help.

aim for more clear and milky trichome heads than amber. specific ratios are a matter of taste; amber heads indicate conversion to cbn is underway leading to stoney couchlocky experience. if you dont have a microscope capable of viewing the heads, get one. totally worth it for this question in all future grows. 100x is more than enough for this.
be easy

IDK, from what little I know and can see, I'd wait a bit. I love a good Sativa and I get your being anxious. I still get that way sometimes, usually with something new that I can't wait to try. For anyone uncertain at this point, I love to recommend they chop some buds, dry and cure while letting the rest go longer. Maybe do this twice so you have 3 to compare and see which you prefer. It's not scientific, but it gives you choices and info. You'll get a 'feel' for what you like after awhile.
