The other are looking better

Is it ready to be fed with nutes , 4-6-8 n-p-k ratio , 1/8th strength nutes
And what could have caused the yellowings ?
Water pH - 6 , rain water
Soil is unfertilised
They were watered once at day 6 so its not overwatering.

I would transplant into a 3 gal. container with fresh, moist soil. That browning should subside. When the plants are young the roots like moisture. You are under-watering and that dixie cup you using shoulda been discarded after day 10. Definitely transplant and water evry 3 days instead of 6.

Like the other said, it is too young yet for nutes. I wouldn't give light nutes until week 3 at least

so you've only watered once in 12 days(6 days ago)? Seedlings need a little more than that...it cant pull nutrients out of its cotyledons without the turgor pressure, which doesn't exist if there isn't any water being pulled up through the roots...
