I woke up this morning to see that my plant appeared to have a lack of calcium.
Using purely RO water this makes sense. I decided to swap out the RO water and made solution with tap. My tap water is at a nice ~7 Ph. The Ph solution I'm using to drop it to 6 is this.
It calls for 1ml per 10 gallons. I used 3ml of it in 3 gallons and the water dropped to about 6.4. It doesn't explain how much Ph would drop per 1ml/10gallon. I'm afraid if I use more that it might harm the plant even through the Ph looks right. I put the plant in yet, I'm just looking for some feedback on whether its safe or not to use as much as I did.
I used Ph altered water using the same chemical to soak my rockwool cube in to sprout, but it never sprout till I removed the chemical and just used plain RO water. Has anyone used this same chemical? Is it too concentrated according to the specifications even though it didn't even drop it a whole point?
