did something happen to the stem? dampen off or rot or anything? or its just mega thirsty lol

The picture is not very clear. It looks like they are drooping, if they are drooping and not wrinkled, they might be underwatered. Are you manually adding water?

no indoor attic but its really windy in there
Looking at pic 2 I would say temps when lights are off, mine is also in an attic and I'm way up on a mountain so always windy and cold, What I did to solve it was adjusted lights to run at night when it's coldest and go off in the day when it's warmest, also try changing your bulb? newest one seems like she can't see the light to follow, I'm nowhere near a pro so please listen to the more experienced growers, but just thought I'd try and help.

Happy growing

Forgot to mention i had exact same leaf issue after windy nights and changing the lights solved it

Yea dude.. see if you can't find a crack in the stem somewhere down low.. If you can't see anyting, and the pot is dry.. give her a good drink. This whole attic thing is not going to work very well for you I think..:S

thanks for all the advice everyone but the pot was heavy when i found it all messed up, so i knew it was watered. the leafs were green no sign of dehydration.
it just might be the cold but its been growing there for 8 weeks now....
any more advice is appreciated
thankS xD
