I've never seen seedlings with CLAW. I'm skeptical of your claim so post pix so we can all be sure. Ppl say that have claw but don't because the symptoms look similar to other leaf problems.

Edit:but to answer your question I would never flush a seedling. If the problem is that serious I would just start over.

As above. I can't see a reason to have to flush seedlings other than having used fertilizers too early. I have also read that if there are slow release nutes in the soil, flushing will aid to bring these out, potentially further increasing the problem. But i have never checked up on that, it's simply heresay until i see something more conclusive to back it up or deny it.

My camera doesn't want to work..... I use half strength Big Bloom from fox farm (yesterday). I heard its okay to use on seedlings.

Its even on the Fox Farm feeding schedule. Seedlings can get the Big Bloom in week one. Other people said they have had no problem, so I thought id give it a shot..it was only half dose too. Guess ill never do that again lol

Better safe than sorry is the motto to go by. Trying to "jump start" seedlings usually ends up in situations like this.
It's a lesson probably 90% of us learned the hard way including myself lol.
But yeah just lay off the nutes until they "tell" you they need them. Then work your way up from there.

I wouldn't flush seedlings too early. The plant needs decent support via roots when flushed. Wait until they are 2 weeks or so. BigSteve.
