Is it ok to start veg under 400hps??

They are 19 days old, changed on to hps yesterday, i gave them there first feed on day17, just 1/4feed. will it be ok to leave on this light for veg? is it suitable??

i got 4 ladies vegging under a 430 Son Agro. I think you waited just the right amount of time.

sounds like your doing just fine by your ladies.

cool guys!! i have light about 4 foot away?? im also having touble when i zip up tent, temp rising and humid dropping?? have bowls of water extracter and circulating fan wat else could i try to solve this??

Your light is making your room too hot. Growing in a small tent, you dont have much room for the heat to go. Your going to have to get more air moving in there(via fans), and get yourself one of THESE. With an air cooled shroud around your light, you can push air through the tube, past your light, and out of your room.
