look im not trying to scare you..honestly take it from me...im panic attic king..
do a breathing exercise when you get a panic attack..
1. you know its a panic attack so just keep telling yourself that..your gonna be fine..
2. you think your gonna die but your not..(think of all the times you THOUGHT you were gonna die and youre still here..)
3.think of it this way...if something is wrong and you do die...well your not gonna be alive to know..(so its no longer a big deal)
now for the breathing exercising...
breathe in real deep while counting to 5
hold it and count to 5
breathe out while counting to 5
hold it out and count to 5
do this a few different times to chill the hell out
you can pick any number you want 5 is just one i use...
i know all this im teling you seems dumb and impossible to do...but im telling you what many years of this shit has done to me and working through it..
also some of this stuff ive learned came from a my psychologist who believe in not taking drugs for anxiety and believe in using methods and tools to deal with it..
this stuff really does work..

Yeah exactly you learn to do things like those breathing exercises or simply distracting yourself with something hilarious when you feel paranoid ya know? That's what I do at least....
