Is it neccessary that change my led to high pressure sodium lamp when the plant during flowering.

You don't really need to, but you might find that it could give you a better yield. Try it without changing the lights; if the yield is disappointing, try using HPS lights next time.

You don't have to change it, however I would use the one with the higher actual wattage.
