I love how the DEA keeps saying things like there's only 25 people in the world who can make LSD or 90% of the worlds heroin comes from Afghanistan. If that is the case why could I still easily obtain dope at the end of 2010/beginning of 2011 after fungus wiped out the Afghan opium crop. Europe was dry. No change in US supply.
