Is it jus me or......!!??

I always feel uneasy and unsafe when the ol lady drives and really paranoid when she drives on the Interstate!! I know I cant be the only one who feels this way am I?? me and a buddy was talkin bout this the other day!! I jus dont feel safe with a girl behind the wheel...i fell like my life is in her hands ...and it really kinda is !!

My fiance always tells me this! lol He says that he gets nervous and uneasy when I drive.. and it pisses me off cause I'm a good driver. I've never even done anything to make him feel this way.. its not like I'm reckless behind the wheel or anything. I never even get traffic tickets. I consider myself to be a good, safe driver but for some reason he doesn't trust me and its frustrating. I still drive us around often but it just gets to me when he says this. Why is it that you guys can't trust a female behind the wheel? Its kind of ironic cause here in Texas, car insurance rates go down for women when they turn 21, and its 25 for guys. Doesn't that imply that guys are the more reckless drivers?

i got pulled over the other day, with the wife in the car. she just snickered.

i dont care who i am in the car with. i always act as if I am driving. Its basically survival.

I never let the woman drive.

I am scared as shit when my wife drives. She always is in a hurry and rides people's asses. I tell her to leave following distance but she doesn't listen "i'm fine I cna stop". Whatever it's funny how I don't ride people's asse,s but I still let them know that they need to get over by slowly getting on their ass and they usually just get over. I think that people don't like her riding on their ass all the time and they intentionally drive slow to piss her off andf block her so she can't get ahead of them lol. But that just pisses her off.....personally if I go to make the move on someone's bumper I do it when they can get over easily and if they are just clueless or not letting me by after a few minutes than I drop back and leave the proper distance cause it's no point gettin all frustrated and endangering everybody if they don't want to let you by.

We were in a car accident hit by a drunk driver like 6 years ago. There was nothing we could do he came from nowhere and t boned us but after that she started driving a lot better but time has a way of healing all wounds and she's right back at it. Other than that, she has never been in a bad accident, she has never caused an accident and she has really never had a ticket and she's been driving for 5 years longer than me. She still can't drive in the mountains, she has like a panic attack. Funny thing is I actually got a job driving 600 miles a week in the mountains and she flips out and gets all panicky and emotional of the thought of driving there at all. It was getting out of hand though, I drove the route for 2 years no problem and than the last 6 months on that job I got in a scary ass accident where someone spun out in front of me on my way down the icy mountain and once I spun out and smashed into a gaurdrail.

My girls always tells me to drive, then precedes to tell me how to drive. WTF?

I'm lucky, I love to drive and my girl doesn't, and she doesn't say shit when we're in the car hahaha!

I still wanna know why you guys feel this way.. what makes you nervous about a woman driving? I understand if she's proven to be a bad driver, but to not trust any female in general behind the wheel doesn't make any sense to me.

Lighten up guys, on the women drivers. I got me a Redhead that can drive most of yer driving egos into the dirt. Yessir, Red don't play behind the wheel. Womans been to more driving schools than I like to remember. She's a sharp one behind the wheel no doubt. I slap my ass in her lil' rocket and just sit back and take a couple of one hits and enjoy the show. She likes V-8's. Big fricking V-8's, gas guzzling, low slung, rubber peeling, curve riding rockets.

Only time I get edgy is when the top's down and she busts 110 on the highway. No roll bar and no helmet and got to use the dash lighter to spark up the hitter.

She's hell on wheels and a devil in heels and that's the way ol' Boomerb likes em

I think your in the minority man. I won't say that all women are careless drivers but a large percentage of them are senseless behind the wheel. Texting, fixing makeup or hair, taking selfshots, tailgating, getting lost in conversation are all common faults I see of women on the road.
Its understood between my girl and I that I drive, whether it be her car or my own. She had her chance to help with the driving but an incident in which she almost caused a three car accident suddenly changed my mind.

if guys get into a wreck it is because we are defensive and offensive drivers at the same time and if we wreck it is because we was dodging or avoiding a woman!!!! lol

I dont really care unless she really cant drive for shit.Now if its a Chinese or African women you know for damn sure I aint getting within 100 feet of that car.
