Is it going well?

I'm first time grower. In these quarantine days, just trying experience how it would feel or if i could do it. I changed the pot and plant them in bigger one and it make the growing stop for last 4-5 days. Did i harm the root? I tried to move it as whole land but it cracked a little bit.

Both coming from seeds. Am i on the right track, are these going well? And also when can i tell it is male or female.
