Is it better to veg under floros or HPS?

My plants are under floros now at 3 weeks from seed. Should I keep them under floros are will my 600 HPS lite be better for them now?

The amount of Vegetive growth is mostly reliant of the hours of light a day they get. But I would say yes. If you have one you can use that's high intensity like that its always better. If I were you I would use the GPS for my main light and then use your flouro's to the bottom somehow to feed light to the bottom and sides of your ladies..
