is it bad to touch your plants

just wondering if it is bad to touch your plants with your bare hands?

Oils on your hands probably arent good, but I touch mine all the time and I've never seen any serious effects.

if you smoke cigs, then the answer is yes.

you should only touch your plants when checking them for growth problems.

other then that you shouldnt touch them for no reason.

PS- washing your hands before touching them, decreases the chance of you passing on germs to them

not only oils and germs but you rub all the trichomes off
