Im not sure what you mean, are asking if its warm enough or do you mean can you start seeds outside in general? If it has stopped freezing and night temps arent getting to low an established plant should do fine. If your asking can you start seeds outide you could but i like to get a good root system and healthy stem to better handle rain. wind etc..
