Anywhere in Europe is a great place to live (better than the U.S.). Lived in various countries over there for 5 years and would go back today if I could. Herb is not legal in Germany but just hop on a train and go to just about anywhere in The Netherlands and you'll find what you're looking for. Take advantage of this opportunity.
