People will post about fan and filter cfm, how to calculate tent volume, that you need to exchange the air every x number of minutes etc.
I have no idea of my cfm ratings or what my exchange rate is and don't care. I've had a co2 monitor for years and think you will probably be fine.
Fire suit on. Lol.
For that space, I would err on the side of having fresh air exchange, but keeping it as minimal as possible - no filter, smallest duct fan you can find, and intake from the top and exhaust out the bottom so you don't have to mount anything...
I've kept clones and teens in a none ventilated space similar size to yours for years and never noticed any problems due to lack of co2, I do open the door for 5 or so mins a few times a week though which probably offers some air exchange, I have a small oscillating fan just to strengthen the stems abit before they go into the veg room.
My cloning tent doesn't have an active exhaust or intake fan, never had an issue personally. So have a fan blow air in or out a vent should be more then enough.
You will be fine with the open door and oscillating fan, but if you want to be able to close your tent, just grab a 4" inline duct fan. I run a 2x2 with the fan pulling air up and out the top and one screen open on the bottom, opposite side.
I just plumbed the intake from my main tent to my small 2x2.5 and called it good. If you are running led low for mother and clone growth, passive ventilation is probably fine. Just plumbed mine to the main for odor control, not climate
