It's apparent many people have no clue where modern indoor cannabis comes from....
Add Skunk #1 and you got SSH, the foundation for some of the best hybrids today, as well as popular cuts (Blue Dream...)

I know you only said it as an aside, but when you are lecturing people about strain origins you should come correct. Blue Dream (At least the REAL Blue Dream) is not, as seedfinder might suggest (probably the source of this misinformation), descended from Super Silver Haze. The reason the legit cut of blue dream is called the "Santa Cruz Cut" is because it was bred in Santa Cruz from another famous local strain which is the original Haze (Which originated in Santa Cruz in the 60's and 70's and was a precursor of Neville's Haze, as explained somewhat well in this article
http://hightimes.com/read/haze-craze ). Potentially, when re-creating the strain, modern breeders may use SSH as a parent, but the real deal Blue Dream has no skunk #1 or nl#5 in it at all. I think the confusion stems from people not fully understanding the history of Haze in Santa Cruz, and mistaking Santa Cruz Haze for Super Silver Haze, despite the prior pre-dating the latter considerably (Since it was the original Santa Cruz Haze that Sensi used to breed with NL#5 and Skunk#1).
