I had just bought some AntOut ant killer dust specified for ants but it just contains diatomaceous earth and couple food grade attractants so i figured it be good for other critters as well. Which I have plenty of different kinds of attacking my girls daily so my question is, Is diatomaceous earth only good/meant for applying on top soil around plants or can I apply a light coating of this stuff on my plants/leaves themselves to get all the ants, aphids, beetles, spittlebugs and any other random critters that decide to chill on and fuck with my girls
My girls are outside in ground and roughly 80 days old in veg although a couple of them are starting to show signs pre flower

Yes you can, you can even buy/make a duster to apply it to your plants. Just be careful if your girl it's flowering I wouldn't want DE getting stuck on the trichs
thanks for your quick feedback and no they are all still in veg mode although couple of them are starting to show signs of preflower

I would put it on the soil in a circle around each plant as a barrier.

DE can be a health hazard if inhaled.

Its good shit, although who knows wtf is included in the Ant-out :).....you can buy food grade DE for pennies. :peace:
