I've had one male and another that's preflowering. You should be seeing signs in the next few weeks.
I always figure on getting bud on the first of September. While not quite ripe, it gives more of an uppity buzz. I don't pull the plant as it will continue to ripen. Figure middle of October.
After the middle of August if you want more veg time, I would consider supplemental light. I've read where an incandescent light set up to flash a few times at night will break up the continuous darkness keeping them in the veg state. Outdoor lights by the same token can set back productive flowering. I haven't done this yet myself. I am starting some new babies with that intent. Hopefully in January I'll be talking from experience.

Good Evening fellow green thumbers.....
My shrubs started flowering 2 weeks ago. I always start from seed indoors in April and have them in the ground by Cinco de Mayo.
It's been hot and sunny as usual...Out of 10 seeds I got 6 females...I averaged 14 ounces per plant last year...should be close this year also....Enjoy

My 4 plants havent preflowered yet. They sprouted the last week in May. I transplanted them to larger pots last week so I may have delayed things a few days due to shock.
