IS A RED BULB BEST FOR FLOWERING

Im getting mixed reviews on whats the best colour bulb for flowering. My friend used i a sun master 600w bulb on his last grow, but i keep hearing you should only use red 600w bulbs for flowering.

All HPS lamps have pretty much the same spectrum (with tiny variation). They all do a great job at flowering weed.
