is a grow tent just a grow tent?

Looking for a 1.2m width by 2.0 high grow tent but u can pay anything from like £70 - £170 for one!!!!!!

I know some have different linings and some are steel and some are plastic but does that warrent such a vast different in price or am i missing something?
Can anyone recommend a good one?
