Is a 10x10 grow tent a bad idea?

Lets say I wanted to throw 4 4x4 trays in there... I'm thinking it would be a little tight. What do you guys think, and how would you set up the trays if you were doing it? And consider that I'd have to fit a Co2 gen, a light over each tray, dehumidifier and oscillating fans in there as well... and I'd cut out a hole for a window A/C... I could always just finish building the room I have mapped out, but 2 of the walls would be made up of only panda film (which isn't bad or anything but it wouldn't be framed) and while I would be able to make this room 12x12 or larger, I would prefer something more sturdy... Thanks in advance...

A ten by ten will leave you a total of two feet to move about, I know this will be very difficult for you to work on your plants. Think about how you are going towork on them with that limited amount of space, ain't going to be easy.

Yeah I know... that's the conflict. I think I may pass and just build my own. The price jump from a 10x10 tent to a 12x12 is massive. It's actually kind of ridiculous...
