is a 10" 3250m3 extraction fan more then enough

as above is a 10" 3250m3 mdf box fan more then enough for a 12x12 room? there will be 8x 600w hps

if that is ok then would a 6" or 8" for blowing fresh air inside be ok?

also if 12ft x 12ft x 7ft is 1008 cubic feet so i need 1008 cfm i can only see fans that say cubic feet per hour (cfh) so 1008 x 60 is 60480 <<<<<<< wouldnt that blow my house down
