Is 67/68 degrees too cold?

Ok, I can put the exhaust fan on… I tried it for about an hour and it stayed high 70s. Then I guess I need an inkbird if something. I work from home but I can’t keep up with the on and off.
I have the one that was posted back a page or two. It has worked great for years now and isnt all that expensive.
In early veg i use a cheap ultrasonic humidifier to maintain humidity, after that its all about fighting it.

Open the ones that face a wall, not a big deal in veg but you'll want that for flower.
So I have the inkbird and heater and humidifier coming next couple days… should be stabilized soon… but until then, I can either have it 82/83 F with 65% RH, or I turn exhaust on, and it drops to 76ish but RH drops to high 40. I hat do you think is better for a couple days?

I'd go with higher temps, watch how the plants react and keep an eye on moisture level. You should have to water more. If the plants don't seem to like it you can run down to 76ish.

do you have a fan in the tent just for circulation? 65% is fine as long as you have air movement

I’m well aware of the ideal temp conditions, but my tent which is in my basement, in New York (winter) is steadily about 67 to 69 degrees. I have a small space heater, and am able to get it into the 80s in about 10 mins, but it just goes right back down to the high 60s once I turn it off within 45 mins or so. It’s way too expensive to run constantly or on a thermostat, so I ask you, is 67 too cold?

I have 1 early skunk, 1 master kush both doing great, but my two diesel plants are way behind. I’m hoping it’s just a slower grower, but things are seeminglyslow right now. Thoughts? Everything is relatively healthy, just really small and slow.

First grow in a while, so don’t have too much to compare to. I grew from seed planted on Dec 5 and the diesels are only at the 4th node. Does this sound right?

thanks in advance for any insight.
What I'm reading is that you can't afford the equipment you need to properly run a grow in the space you have. The solutions are simple, but if you can't buy them, then there's not much you can do with advice. Easiest solution is to throw some insulation over the tent, like a blanket (free from grandma), and get a space heater (20 bucks) on a thermo (30 bucks). A 500 watt space heater flicking on for 1 minute every 15 mins isn't going to be that expensive electricity-wise. Gotta go guerrilla bro, either MacGyver something with scraps or get out there and start suckin some diz for dough, but either way it sounds like you need an equipment upgrade.

Super helpful brah. Thanks.
I mean I'm not trying to be rude or disrespectful. I was clearly joking at the end but yeah sometimes there's no way around having the right equipment. You're asking for the dream that we all want; the biggest grow I ever spearheaded was 200 lamps and while that's not the biggest grow around, it's large enough to wish I didn't have to pay for electricity too lol. Just keep pushing man growing is a lifestyle. I'm new to this site but not to cannabis. You ever have questions feel free to hit me. I truly enjoy helping people as when I was starting out 20 years ago, some really good people helped me get to where I am. Good luck my man.

No doubt. I realized I needed to make some adjustments and got two inkbirds a mist maker and a heater. I’m now chilling with a styling VPD and fully automated. Things are moving nicely now. Appreciate the insight. I’m pretty new at this, so I’m always using this forum for info.

Dang I just deleted my post by accident. Still learning this UI. Anyway I said: Nice! I'm a big fan of Inkbird too. I find after around 2 years though the probes start to drift a bit. What strain are you growing? I was seeing ads for Barney's Farm and it's funny because I'm growing their Ayahuasca Purple right now. Looks and smells good so far, not purple though. Few weeks to go, we'll see.

They’ve saved me, so far. Excellent system. If they last me two year, I’ll be happy. They were pretty affordable.I have Hindu Kush and Early Skunk both from Sensi seeds and two NYC Diesels from Toronto Seedback. It’ll be a juggling act as the diesels are like two weeks behind the others two, but I’ll just punch them and supercrop.
