Nobody concurs with it being good with RH in the teens and low 20's. Not until the very end. Buds will not develop to full potential. But better than high RH. Idiotic though since fixing it is cheap and easy. If low RH was good for pot the shit would be growing wild in the desert here where I live, eh?
