Is 100 watt MH and 4 27w(100w equiv) ok with these 4 plants?have a pic

ok what's up everyone i put a 100 watt Metal halide in my box with 4 cfl's because i figured that 100 watt was not enough for all 4 i use miracle grow plant food and miracle grow organic soil and like everyone told me the leaves look burned.

the box is 3 feet tall and 32 inches wide it get's up to about 85 degrees for a high and 70 for the low there on a 18-6 light cycle. i have topped them twice this picture is about a week old will post new pics tonight i'm going to see them!!! i have lots more cfl's if need be and i am open to suggestions. please if you read this respond i need all the help i can!!!! thank you everyone who helps!!

you're ok for light now but you will need a lot more for flowering four plants. at least a 400 watt hps or equivalent amount of lumens in cfl, which is tough to do. you'll need to add an exhaust and fan to keep your temps down with the extra lights.

also, keep the cfl's within a couple of inches of the plants.

Not so sure. I flowered 3 plants with three double tube 4' long shop lights. Small fan and all MG. Not a single problem.

i think your off to a good start with that, i grew this with 6-23 watt bulbs and got 58 grams of weed dry. cfl's are great. you have anything to do with the dogs?

if this isn't enough for 4 plants how many plants is this good for should i grow just 2 or what??

well i have 3 girls started under the same setup, but might go down to just the 2 bigger plants tho. and no lst this time, just topping. you should do real good with 2.

here are some new pics everyone tell me what they think i'm using a 75 watt high pressure sodium light and 4 27w(100w equivalents) in a box that is 32 inches wide 3 feet tall i'm using miracle grow organic potting mix and i have givin them the liquid miracle grow plant food twice since i have planted the seeds. i planted them on 5/6/10!!! should i start flowering them and switch them to the 12/12 cycle or wait a week because i just lst 2 of my 4 plants. take a look tell me what you guys think.

really it just depends on big you want them to get, i switch to 12/12 at between 12 to 15 days. its really your choice, but when you do, your gonna wanna get sone nutes that are for flowering. nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and potassium(K). remember, when growing/vegging, you want a higher N in the nutes like 20-10-10, when you switch to 12/12, you would use something like 10-30-20.
