Irrigation timers for high frequency fertigation

I used to use a Nearpow timer for irrigation but it was a PIA to program. I changed to this:

Its a lot easier to program and to change programs if needed. You just put in the amount of time between events and the length of each event. For example: three hours for the first number and 45 seconds for the second number. It has a photocell that allows you to run irrigation only during lights on. Lots easier to program than the Nearpow that I used before.

What happens in the event of a power failure? Does it restart the cycle?

Back in the day I used to mod cheap timer gear boxes like this, so it only took about 40 minutes for the dial to fully revolve instead of 24 hours. Then hook it into a photo cell switch and program it to run for about 1 minute on and 3-4 off. Was perfect for LPA systems. You could even plug a modded one into a non modded one, and dial it in for multi feed throughout the day. Get a few one minute feeds within the 15 minutes the normal timer turns on, instead of pumping for the full 15 minutes. lol
