Irrigation system

Hi I want to know if someone know how to use an aquarium power head as irrigation system?
I build one and I use a digital timer and when the timer and the head power is off its still have a suction power and water sill coming out...what can I do to stop it from dripping without a daily action to do?It suppose to be an automatic system.

To stop the siphon you would purchase a Whirlpool siphon break elbow/tee from ebay for about 15 bucks and put it inline with your hose. The ideal installation would require the power head flow to travel upward into the bottom of the siphon break device. They are made of black abs plastic and are approximately 3/4" in diameter and comes with 2 hose clamps . If your hose is other than 3/4" (inside diameter) you will need to reduce .
