Iraqi journalist through shoes at Bush

Shoes and especialy the soles, have a very symbolic meaning in those areas...

You may remember the pictures of sadam's toppled statue with people beating it with their shoes...
 
bush was lucky it was only a pair of shoes.

imagine if the journalist had thrown a "flash bang" stun grenade followed by a frag grenade.
 
I used to throw shoes at my boys as they were running from me...It worked for me. They didn't like being clunked with heels...
