They should be fine - there has been some other hangars that are similar failing at pinch point of lower loop. But those have some kind of additional sleeve.

I wouldn’t worry too much , if just dealing with grow light weight only.

Yeah didn't research before I bought them if they got it right maybe they can turn that small company into something valuable
