The smell from my plants is getting to be a problem and I dont really have a good setup for a carbon filter. So Im looking at getting one of those Ionic Breezes from Sharper image.

Just wondering if anybodys ever used one of em and if there strong enough to get rid of the smell from a few plants.

I have an ionic breeze and it sucks. It sucks so bad its not even funny. For real it doesn't work for anything. If you smoke with ionic breeze it doesn't do jack. In fact its so bad that I did some research beacuse I dindt think it was effective at all. One study I saw said it only takes about 1/3 of airborn particles out of the air. And it had this Honeywell as a best buy or something. Someone may know of a better deal but after a little research I went with this air filter frowm walmart its less than $200 OTD. I dont have a big grow myself, so it works for me. I dont know what you may need.

The Ionic Breeze isn't even intended to remove odor. For that you need to either filter the air, i.e. carbon filter, or use an odor destoryer. I haven't used it in a grow room, but I have an air purifier that produces a small amount of ozone. Ozone, in low concentrations, isn't dangerous and WILL eliminate odor.

search the DIY section for odor eliminators.

you could buy some ozium spray, that shit gets rid of EVERY odor. and just spray it around the house once every couple of hours. don't know how healthy it is though....

Ive found ALOT of ozone generating air purifiers.

They make a freakin lot of ozone generators for refrigerators...lol

I dont think I need a big one, Ive found one that says its good for a 400 sq foot room that costs about $60

Im not sure about it thought, bcuz it makes me wonder why everybody doesnt just buy these instead of making extensive carbon filters.

Anyway Im hoping it works. Thanks for all the help everybody, really appreciate it
